Corn flour is suitable for the traditional flatbread injera, for pancakes or for the preparation of the sweet rice pudding Motogo.

Corn flour is a widely used flour in Ethiopia and Eritrea. Mainly the traditional injera flatbread is made from corn flour. But other dishes are also prepared with the help of corn flour: Motogo, a sweet traditional African rice pudding or "Boere Pap", the South African flatbreads are made with corn flour.
